Ingredients:
- Pork ribs (as needed), a small piece of Chinese yam, one Dazzle apple
- Two dried figs, a few goji berries, and a few wild morel mushrooms.
Steps:
- Clean and soak the morel mushrooms. Cut the apple into chunks, yam into small pieces, and ginger into slices.
- Blanch the fresh pork ribs, then add them to a pot along with the yam.
- Add the soaked wild morel mushrooms and apple chunks. If available, add two dried figs.
- Pour in the water used to soak the morels, bring to a boil, then add a pinch of salt.
- Add a few goji berries before serving.
